Pakistan is the 4th largest producer of milk in the world and amongst the top 5 countries in the world in  livestock and poultry population.

The products can be mainly divided into three categories based on Animal user type:

The Pakistani veterinary medicines market is flooded with locally manufactured  and  imported products from Far East. The imported products are largely categorized in two sub categories as under;

(1)       Chinese products

(2)       European products

The market is so huge that all the products have their own niche,however with the support of the local Ministry of Health the local industry is increasing its share over imported products day by day.

In addition to above  discussions with several European companies are under finalization for importation of their products in Pakistan.
